My Capital is an innovative initiative launched by the Capital Governorate in the Kingdom of Bahrain, designed to empower residents in enhancing their neighborhoods. This comprehensive tool facilitates the reporting of various local issues, including public health concerns, safety hazards, illegal parking, and vandalism.
Once submitted, reports are automatically integrated into the Capital Governorate's work order system, allowing for efficient tracking and assignment to relevant service teams. Each report is assigned a unique tracking number, enabling residents to monitor the progress of their requests effectively.
Additionally, users have the option to share their reports with the community or discuss them via social media platforms. This feature fosters a collaborative environment among residents.
The My Capital app stands as a significant step toward engaging citizens in local governance and improving community standards.
